Happy days are here again!

Out with the old:

In with the new:

This is one heavy iron. I like that. It also pushes out some killer steam, more than any I've had before. I think we will be good friends.......Bunny

  1. I've had this one about a year, wonderful steam and so far no spitting or leaking. In my history I burn up at least one iron per year. The cheap ones and the pricey ones. Good luck.

  3. Thanks. I spent some spare time this morning ironing, the virgin tour. I find that I really love that sharp point with the steam. It opens up even narrow seams effortlessly . No affiliation here, just passing on my critique. Thanks Celkalee and Georgia. I think we will become good friends

  7. That is one nice iron! I use the cheaper Rowentas, and I just love how many steam vents they have. I'd rather replace one every couple of years than use another brand.

  8. I've had my Rowenta for several years and without problems so far. Since it is probably 5-ish? years old, I am expecting to need a new one soon - I'll be watching to see how you fare with this particular model. Sure looks nice! I had the opportunity to use a Laura Star iron/board and was pretty impressed with it, but not sure if I'm ready to spend quite that much.

    1. It is the Steam Force model. I got it on Amazon. It had better reviews than the Reliable which I was also considering and was actually my first choice till I read the reviews.

  12. Ok, so I lead a sheltered life, but a new iron is very exciting especially if it helps with pressing those seams nice and sharp. I need a new iron. Hope this iron works for you for a very long time.

  13. All those holes are not real steam holes, are they.?My Rowenta has "steam" holes also, but after a quick look, some of them are just "dimples", not real steam holes.

    1. 400 steam holes, not a single dimple. I have never had an iron that puts out steam like this. It will saturate your clothing with steam if not careful.

    2. My old Rowenta had the phony dimple holes. This one does not.

Had to Refurbish This One!
